IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM

If you’ve received the wrong item, or something has arrived faulty, please reach out to us at info@whitmoreboutique.com so we can take care of it for you.


RETURNS POLICY

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in its original condition and suitable for resale.

Once your return arrives safely at our returns centre, you will receive a full refund (excluding return postage). Please note that we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, have been opened, or are no longer in their original condition.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Request your return form

Email us at info@whitmoreboutique.com to request your return form.

2. Send your completed form + product photos

After completing the form, please attach clear photos of the items and send everything back to info@whitmoreboutique.com.

3. Label your parcel as “Return”

Please write “Return” clearly on the outside of your parcel.

4. Use a tracked postal service

Send your parcel using a tracked and insured service through Australia Post or your preferred carrier to ensure safe delivery.

5. Share your tracking details

Email us your tracking number at info@whitmoreboutique.com so we can keep an eye on your parcel.


RETURN CONDITIONS & GUIDELINES

Product condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Return postage: We currently do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Secure packaging: Please ensure your items are packaged safely to avoid damage in transit.
Tracked service: Always use tracked and insured postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct returns address.
Please do not send parcels to the sender’s address on the label, as these cannot be processed.

Please note that our returns processing centre is located overseas, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
