Please note: Once a tracking number has been issued, no further changes can be made to your order. This helps us ensure quick and efficient dispatch.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Whitmore Boutique offers free delivery Australia-wide.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes — all orders are shipped with a tracking number.
You’ll receive an email containing your tracking link as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We process orders as quickly as possible.
If your order is placed on a weekday before 11:00pm AEST, we aim to prepare it the same day.
As many of our handcrafted-style pieces are shipped directly from our trusted partners, the average delivery time is 5–14 business days.
NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be taken to your nearest Australia Post collection point or a partner depot.
You’ll receive a card or notification with details of where and when you can collect it.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
Because we process orders quickly, there is only a short window to make changes.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Whitmore Boutique is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
If your tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but you have not received your parcel, please notify us.
After 14 days, we can assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
